Rectangular in shape, rounded at the corners, the hinged lid opens with a push button set with a hard stone cabochon, with embossed and chiseled decoration representing the god Hermes holding a laurel wreath in one hand and in the another the caduceus and engraved on the reverse with an autograph dedication in Cyrillic characters, vermeil interior.
