Rectangular model, with rounded corners, matte yellow gold frame. The hinged lid is decorated on the front
main part of a translucent yellow enamel plate on a guilloché background of a double-headed imperial eagle, applied in the center
of the monogram of Emperor Nicolas II in Cyrillic characters "H II" under the imperial crown set with diamonds and surmounted
two large sapphire cabochons. The border is chiselled with fine vertical grooves, adorned at each corner with a button
flower. Rose gold interior. Preserved in its original case sheathed in red morocco stamped in the center with the imperial eagle of the
Romanoff in gold, interior in silk and velvet in ivory color.
Wear of time, but very good general condition.
